Karen Aram - Therapist

 What is my background?

I am committed and motivated in all the work I do, and have 40 yrs of experience working creatively and therapeutically.

My career has ranged from Dramatherapy (PG Dip) to professional Shiatsu Bodywork (The British School of Shiatsu, Diploma).

I hold an MA in Relationship Therapy (Relate Institute) and am a registered member of BACP. All Relate training is unique in its specialist, ongoing focus on the couple and wider relational and cultural issues. 

I am a qualified and accredited (COSRT) Psychosexual Therapist (PG Dip, Relate Institute), fully complying with all practice codes and ethics as laid down by both BACP and COSRT.

I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision from The Grove Institute. 

I undertake Continual Professional Development, am responsibly supervised and have full professional insurance.

All the work we contract together is undertaken with appropriate professionalism and the highest level of confidentiality.
